A new update has rolled out on Wednesday, whose name is June 2021 Core Update. The announcement has been made by Google’s search Danny Sullivan, who has added that we can expect July 2021 Core Update next month.
From the history itself, we can see that Google has released a core Google Algorithm Update every few months. And it has been six months since the last update was made, December 2020.
The last update was made in May 2020 core update.

This will be followed by the July 2021 Core update. Here’s more information about that…
You must be thinking about why Google is pushing out two core updates in one month after the next.
Google has answered that some of the company’s planned improvements for the June 2021 update are not ready to be released this month. So they have decided to move ahead with the parts that are ready today.
The rest will be unveiled by the next month. However, Google will keep its user informed about July 2021 Core Update.
Google has also added that any update can impact gain and loss to some content. Because this update has two parts, it is possible to see a small slice of changes in June that reverse in July.
What Can You Expect?
Like any other update, your rankings might go up, down, or might remain stable. If you are also one of those who are going to be affected by the June core update 2021, then it is possible that the impact may reverse itself in July.
Google has added that typically most sites won’t notice the updates, but SEOs who are responsible for managing the sites are likely to see a lot of changes in the Google search results.
Also, because of the dual nature of the update, some sites may see a negative impact initially, which may turn positive in the next month.
The update is going to roll out globally, impacting all the languages, and is expected to take two weeks to roll out everywhere. Google will inform when the update will roll out all over the world.

Previous Updates
The most recent core update took place in December. That update was even bigger than the May 2020 update; the update took a couple of weeks to roll out completely.
Before this, January 2020 update core update was seen. The September 2019 core update was seen to be weaker than the previous updates. Many SEOs and webmasters said that it didn’t have a big impact as compared to the previous ones.
What To Do If You Are Hit?
Google has already mentioned about what to do if you have been negatively impacted by the updates. There are no specific actions to take to recover; even negative ranking may not leave a negative impact or indicate that there is something wrong with your pages.
Google has offered a list of questions that can be considered if your site is hit by a core update. Besides this, Google has emphasized that you may see a bit of recovery between the two updates.
The biggest change will be experienced after the next update.
